The Kindness Angel

Each Kindness Angel comes beautifully packaged in a kraft storage box with tissue paper.

You will also receive:

– 25x Kindness post cards to display each day with your angel

– 5x Blank Cards (Write your own)

– your ethically made Kindness Angel

Although we cannot tell you all of them, we wanted to share some examples of the acts of kindness included on the prompt cards:

• pick some flowers and gift them to someone
• bake a special treat for your neighbour
• use chalk to write a nice message on the footpath

How to Use your Kindness Angel:

Step 1:
Introduce the Kindness Angel to your children. Give the angel a name and encourage your children to get to know it.
Complete the ‘Who Am I?’ Worksheet.

Step 2:
Each day place the Kindness Angel in a new position in the house and encourage your child to find it. Leave an Act of Kindness suggestion for your children to find.

Step 3:
The children will be excited to find their Angel and want to complete the suggestion. Make sure you have all of the materials ready.

Step 4:
Take photos of your child’s Kindness Angel and their acts of kindness to reflect on with them later. Use the reflection sheet to guide your conversation. Before bedtime is a great time to reflect on your day with your children.

Step 5:
Share your images with #thekindnessangel so that we can encourage kindness among the community.
