We offer free shipping Australia wide for all orders over $150, and a flat rate of $12.00 for orders under $150.

Issues with Your Order?

Please note that refunds are not issued if you have changed your mind, but will be given if an item wasn't as described, or is faulty.

If you need to return an item, please email us at info@thenaturalstore.com.au with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Alternatively, you can call us on (03) 5977 7342.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving your item back (see options for returning below)

In-Store Returns

Items can be returned In-Store at 12 Eramosa Road East, Somerville, Victoria. Please be aware that refunds must be processed to the original payment method.

Online Returns

Offer customers to choose an item they want to return, print a prepaid label, and drop it at the post office.
